Simple keyword niches are pretty much over done with billions of Adsense pages today and you would simply have to buy your way into any of those markets. The way to find more niches is to add a state or city to the niche keyword you are researching.
Example:
“Homes” – its an overdone keyword and done to death – Even some keyword connections to a larger city is over saturated. Point your browser over to NicheTaxi.com and type in the word “Home” and do a search. After the results come up on the screen scroll down to where the results are between 5,000 and 2,500 – This is where you will find your keyword niche – I know the search numbers are not where you would like, but this where the viable niches are still bountiful.
If you are living in a large city – like Miami, Florida – The real estate market is very tuned into using Adwords there. You may have to tweak the keywords a little bit but check it out. The other advantage to doing a web site in the city you live in is home court advantage. You can go out and take photos of businesses – (be sure and stand in the street when you do it and be careful of traffic – So it will be a public domain photo) – Ad the photos to your web site or blog with the company information – Realtors are not going to turn down an opportunity for free marketing and advertising.
You can also cross into other niches with this subject – Like movers, personal storage, etc.
